Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or license to you. Viewing a design in our portfolio does not grant you any right to use, reproduce, or distribute it.
The email templates showcased in our portfolio are original works created by our team. They are presented for demonstration only — to illustrate the quality and range of work we produce for our clients.
You may not copy, scrape, download, decompile, screenshot for reuse, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any template, its HTML/CSS, its structure, or its imagery. Automated collection of our designs is expressly prohibited.
Our design, build, and campaign services — and the deliverables produced through them — are available only to active SendCraft subscribers in good standing.
When we produce work for a subscriber, that subscriber receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables they have paid for in their own brand's email program, subject to your service agreement. That license is non-transferable and does not include the right to resell or redistribute our work.
We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our work. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of service and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
