This is a retention-and-review email to existing policyholders, so it needed to feel like a helpful nudge from a trusted insurer rather than an upsell. We used a calm navy-and-blue system with a bold Inter type scale and a clean home exterior hero, opening with a personalized greeting and the risk of an outdated rebuild limit.
Two modules carry the message: a three-stat trust band (value rise, underinsurance rate, time-to-review) establishes why now, and a numbered 'three things we'll check' list makes the review concrete. A named-agent contact card with a direct phone line lowers the barrier beside the scheduling CTA.
The stat band and review list stack on mobile, all styling is inlined for Outlook, the preheader quantifies the risk to drive opens, and a coverage-terms disclaimer in the footer keeps the send compliant.
