The goal was to make joining a new rewards program feel warm and frictionless, so the design uses a soft terracotta-and-cream palette, a friendly Poppins display, and a bright store-interior hero that says 'this is a place you already love'.
A four-card tier-perks grid does the persuasion work — each tier escalates points and benefits from Sprout to Heartwood — giving shoppers a clear ladder to climb and a reason to spend more, all anchored by a pill-shaped 'join free and get $10' CTA.
Built on bulletproof tables with inline styles, the 2x2 perk grid stacks to a single column on phones, and the welcome-credit hook is repeated in the preheader, hero, and button for personalization-friendly reinforcement.
