A clean shipping confirmation with a horizontal table-cell shipment-progress tracker and a prominent tracking CTA.
Love this design? We'll tailor it to your brand and ship it.
Shipping confirmations are among the most-opened emails a brand sends, so Field & Form treats it as a brand touchpoint, not a receipt. A clean green-and-cream palette, a package glyph, and a clear 'on its way' headline with the order number and estimated arrival establish status before any detail.
The horizontal four-stage progress tracker — Ordered, Packed, Shipped, Delivered — is built from circular table cells with a partial fill track, so the customer sees exactly where the parcel is without opening an app. It sits directly above a high-contrast 'Track your package' CTA and a carrier/tracking-number line, and a stacked order-summary card plus delivery address answer every follow-up question in one screen.
The email triggers on a fulfillment 'shipped' event and personalizes order number, item list, total, carrier, tracking number, estimated date, and the tracker's active stage through merge tags and status logic. The tracker labels and summary card stack on mobile, and rendering the progress states from table cells rather than an image keeps the status readable even with images disabled.
We'll tailor it to your brand, audience, and goals.
