The brief was a hero launch for a single serum that had to feel calm and premium rather than promotional. We built it light and airy on a warm bone palette with a Fraunces serif, leading with one full-bleed dewy product shot so the bottle does the talking before a word of copy.
Conversion hinges on the ingredient-story block: three named actives, each with a one-line benefit, give a skeptical clean-beauty shopper a reason to trust the formula. The price and dual reassurance line (free first bottle, 60-day guarantee) sit directly under a single rounded CTA so there is exactly one decision to make.
The layout is fully responsive with a 600px table that collapses to a single column under 620px, all colors inlined for Outlook, and a hidden preheader that previews the botanical angle. Personalization tokens drop cleanly into the greeting and review block for segmented sends.
