The brief was to turn a routine points statement into a status moment. Maison Lével wanted members to feel how close they were to the next tier, so the design leads with an oversized points-balance hero in Fraunces and immediately translates points into dollar value, the unit a shopper actually cares about.
The conversion engine is the tier-progress bar, built entirely from nested table cells so it renders identically in Outlook and Gmail without images. A merge-tag-driven width shows exactly how far along each member is, and the 'only 360 points to Noir' line creates a personalized, goal-gradient nudge that lifts repeat purchase in the back half of the loyalty journey.
As an automation it fires on a points-balance trigger and personalizes name, balance, reward value, tier, and the progress-bar width per member. The layout is fully responsive — the three-stat row stacks on mobile and side padding tightens — and the light palette plus inline styles keep it deliverable and image-block-tolerant.
