A four-step progress indicator across the top — built from circular table cells and a fill track — shows the user has completed sign-up and their first project and is now on the 'pro tip' step, anchoring the email inside a larger journey.
The single pro-tip card frames a concrete, time-saving action ('save any project as a template') with a quantified payoff of an hour a week, then routes everything to one activation button. Limiting the email to a single next-step is the deliberate conversion mechanism: no competing links, no feature dump.
As part of a 5-part automated series it fires on day 3 only if the user has shipped a first project, so the progress indicator reflects real account state via conditional logic. The step row and visual stack on mobile, the indigo accent stays accessible on white, and inline-styled buttons keep activation one tap away in every client.
