A trustworthy, light renewal notice with a current-plan card, a what-you-keep list, and a confirm CTA.

Renewal reminders walk a line between service notice and retention play, so the brief favored transparency. We used a clean, light SaaS aesthetic in Inter with a calm blue accent and a 'nothing you need to do' reassurance that reduces churn-by-surprise. The automation fires seven days before the renewal date and merges the customer name, plan name, seat count, renewal date, and masked payment method into a dark current-plan card.
Retention is driven by reframing the renewal as continuity rather than a charge. A 'what stays yours for another year' checklist enumerates the concrete things the customer keeps active workflows, seats, priority support, and locked-in pricing, which makes the value tangible at the exact moment of decision. The primary CTA confirms the renewal while a secondary 'Manage plan' link offers a low-friction path to adjust seats, defusing the impulse to cancel outright.
The plan card and benefits list are presentation tables with inline styles; the card's stat row carries .stack so seats and billing details stack cleanly on mobile, and the checklist rows keep their dividers across clients. The send is a transactional-style service notice, which supports inbox placement, and the honest footer plus hidden preheader ('your plan renews June 27') make the message instantly recognizable and trustworthy.
We'll tailor it to your brand, audience, and goals.
